mIRC, Narutofan, NarutoChuushin, Narutoblast. There's lots of places.

Thienz is a great place to get chapters since its fast and reliable (see sticky in manga forum)
but narutofan is probably the best place (cept irc) to get new manga chapters
on irc you have to connect to a server first though

I have to agree with you there.
They have the raws up faster than anyone + some kind of translation later in the night-early morning
