Of course you should read the manga if you haven't already started.. You read the manga then watch the anime as a "bonus" with colors, music, voices.. etc.

the dark side consists of the pricks that refuse to read the manga. we are the ppl of light we will conquer everything!!

Those are betrayers of the light! they are beeing sent to internal darkness... http://www.gotwoot.net/forum/html/emoticons/laugh.gif
Seriously, Manga is great, Anime is good, do both.
-
i thought watching the anime after reading the manga was a lot better than just watching the anime.

I'm thinking about giving in and reading the Naruto manga, up until now i've just been watching the anime but i'm getting fed up at having to wait a week for the story to keep going. Can you still enjoy the anime even after reading the manga? i'm aware that instead of a 20 minute anime each week i'll be reduced to a manga that will take me 5 minutes to read but I just cant wait a week every time I want to see some Naruto action.
Should I, Should I not? People who have done this, what do you think?
-
Yes,read it,join the club, then join the finest discussions.
-
You can definitely still enjoy the anime..... it's a great pleasure to see how they animate each defining moment, it doesn't ruin anything.
The manga is a lot better, IMHO. It just has a certain impact. Plus, there's a whole other great story happening that has its own level of anticipation.
My advice, definitely read it. You won't regret it.

Ok, I give in.

The Manga is excellent. The Anime is excellent. Watching/reading both is good.
In fact, the Anime has alot more extra scenes compared to the manga. So, even after knowing the story and all through the manga, the anime is still a good watch and download.

Yeas you can, just queue them up in a program like Getright or Netpumper. Narutofan.com has them all.
-
I suppose I could do that, volumes are just more convinient, oh well
-
hey baka ^^, and when you have read all the manga scans thats out here, you must still wait one week to get the next chapter.
-
Don't call me an idiot, if you had read my first post you would have realised that I had already thought about that.
