There are 5 eps and a movie. They are very enjoyable although the length of the series leaves much to be desired...

There are rumors about a new TV version, which is more based on the origianl manga rather than a new story in OVA, is coming up. Anime News Network added it to its database recently. Hopefully it can bring us a better story line.
