Even if they had the money it's not likely they would license all of such a large series at once without testing the waters first. They probably got like one season for now with an option for the rest and if it sells well they could pick the rest of it up.
I doubt this series is going to make it past the first season on fox. I pray for that, I want 4kids to fail so bad they go bankrupt (sacrifceses goat to the gods) with a little help.
