Hongfire has season 1 of Digimon. As for Hellsing, Boxtorrents has Hellsing in both dub and sub the last time I checked. Hongfire has it in dub/sub as well.

Sorry, but I didn't find YuGiOh or Monster Rancher on Hongfire. I did find YuGiOh here though (its not complete or anything):
