well basically, wasn't that how Kira went SEED in Seed untill he could trigger it at will?
something tells me that Shinn will soon be able to aswell and still remain clearheaded while he's in SEED mode
although i don't really hope he will, cause berserk Shinn is just way too much fun to watch in action
