I have to clear up few things.
A lot of people were making vague comment about Nuji/Souske and their post werent clear who were they voting for. So I posted some rules to follow. So the new people voting can follow them so we can be clear on where someone stands. That didnt mean I want requesting for recount or asking for people to vote again. But I think a lot of this is just useless speculation, as we haven't even seen post-time jump sasuke. Chances are, he has improved in all areas, just as Neji has. He also probably can use Chidori more than twice - not sure of that, but it's a logical assumption. His body will have grown used to the power of the curse seal. He went to Oro to get powerful enough to kill Itachi, which means that his current skill might just be somewhere in that ballpark (if not somewhat lower).
I also don't think that Sasuke has to use chidori in any and every situation. Just as Neji doesn't have to use Kaiten.
I agree that Sasuke wouldn't really be able to find about about Neji's blindspot, or effectively target it.

I love how people talk about how Sasuke is such a genius. What has Sasuke ever come up with besides the Lion Combo?(Which he stole the beginning from Rock Lee). His moves are some basic Katon moves(Which every Uchiha knew) that never work, Chidori which can be dodged pretty easily and was taught to him by Kakashi, and Curse Seal which takes tons of chakra and was GIVEN to him by Orochimaru. The problem with Neji's 64 hands of hakke, or whatever it is called, that attacks the tenketsu has been proven to be reversible by Naruto with enormous amounts of chakra. From what we've seen so far, Sasuke at level 2 has WAY more chakra than most characters and even more than Naruto (referring to him outlasting Naruto in their last fight). There's always a big chance that if Sasuke is somehow hit by Neji's hakke attack, he can always recover and fight back just like Naruto did. Neji relying on his main attack to disable someone who has so much chakra is too iffy for me to say that it's reliable and enough to beat Sasuke.
Neji's kaiten isn't even an ultimate defense anymore. We now know that he doesn't spin fast enough to stop stupid spiders from penetrating and clogging his shit up. That just means one thing. Sasuke's 3 comma'd sharingan can counter Neji's kaiten and its fast spin velocity. Then I'm gonna say that Sasuke can dodge every one of Neji's hakke attacks using his sharingan. Neji is a fast guy, but I refuse to believe that he is faster than kyuubi'd Naruto. Sorry, just no.
And then there is byakugan, Neji's most essential ability in any fight. The only slight advantage Neji has over Sasuke is that he can see almost everything around him. But then it all comes down to how fast can Neji react and how good Sasuke's sharingan is. Naruto didn't survive the 64 palms because he has a huge amount of chakra, he got through it because he has two chakra flows and only one was cut off.
