I haven't the slightest clue, sorry. I'm pretty sure there's a term for that too though. Social scientists (scientists in general) like to name everything for reference sake.

Its associated with being black because that is the image that sells and is presented to make money, but its not the image that represents the majority of black people, even in inner city neighborhoods, making it a racist and fallacious generalization.
