Losing weight is tough if you don't have the right motivation. Usually that's in the form of chicks, but without the guarantee of actually scoring with chicks as a reward for losing weight, it's hard to get started with that as a motivation.

I´m in the process of losing weight, already lost 40 kg (yeah, I´m really fat). It´s still frustrating to not be at the goal point, yet.

You shouldn't look at it like that. It should be a continuous journey, not a destination. Once you reach the goal point, then what? Typically people gain the weight back because of complacency or bad habits.
