And why is it that Hitsugaya's bankai is still incomplete and has a time limit, whereas Ichigo only developed his bankai a few days/weeks ago (I forget which) and is able to use it without any restrictions that we've seen?

from what it appears, his bankai froze his injuries over; but imnot 100% sure

Well apparently zanpaktous can temporarily "stop" their wounds. Remember when Ichigo fought Kenpachi?? Zangetsu stopped the bleeding of his wound until the fight was over.

wasnt the trick ichigo just used the one his hollow self used against byakuya? I believe it was so maybe he learning some tricks from his hollow self and kinda like negotiating with it.
