uh, ok?
Black Holes as far as we know absorb to put it in simplest forms. Expelling is interesting, but since black holes can even "suck in" light, it would probably expel faster than the speed of light.
But I don't have a clue what I'm talking about because the last time I learned something on black holes was 6th grade.
