Well 52 episodes will be perfect to finish Kokubourou arc as they will really want to screw it up and have out of the blue, and have Yoshimori seal Karasumori. Which i whole heartedly believe they won't do. So this leaves us with season 2.
Where did you find out that its going to be only 52 episodes?
