I imported the Japanese version 2 years ago.
It was good in my opinion, but I never did play the other 2 though.

Likewise, I've had the JP version for the longest time now.
For the characters and additions made to the old characters, it is worth it over the previous installments. Doutou isn't that sorely missed at all, seeing as how Jirobou plays pretty similarly. Picking a single ougi to use make it easier to use in battle so as to make them less obvious to enemies. And the one main problem that's been plaguing the games is still there: Kawarimi-no-jutsu mashing pretty much comprises any higher level playing.
All in all, I'm still waiting for a later edition of Accel when they're further into the timeskip.

I never learned to use Kawarimi...
And likewise... I want to wait for an Accel 3 or 4 to get 'those' characters. But with fillers... I guess I'll be playing (hopefully) the Naruto PS3 Project first.
Ah, it's simple enough, to a fault. The premise is that you need to block as soon as an attack makes contact. The concept isn't bad, but the way the game has it implemented, you could literally mash the shoulder buttons when you anticipate getting hit, thus achieving a success rate of around 95% evasion.Originally Posted by RyougaZell
