Alright I fixed it. It was pretty pesky needing to throw about with encoding types for adio which PROBABLY resulted in a quality loss (which is to be expected) ohwell here's how I did it.
After a bit of searching (looking at mp3 rip BeSplit) I found an old program I used cooledit seemed thought that adobe bought the company that made cool edit and renamed the tool to Adobe Audition ©®™ which made it none the less usefull. So I made a backup of my (ofcourse) original (bought) cd and installed the software from the backup. Thank god I wrote down what frames I cut out so it was quite easy to figure out the exact time of when I should cut the sound.
Also I encoded the AC3 into OGG but mr adobe didn't find it necesarry to include this format for editing (haven't really found a tool that could) so it was AC3 => MP3 => Adobe Audition ©®™ => cut MP3 => OGG.
