    314908.jpg

"At an elite all-girls' academy where refined young ladies gather, Suzunomiya Lilisa, now the daughter of a real estate tycoon after her mother remarried, is forced to abandon her guitar and rock music to fit in. However, her passion is reignited by sounds from the old school building, where she meets a skilled drummer who shares her love for rock. Together, they embrace their inner rockstars, elegantly clashing and shouting their way through the academy in this captivating tale of grace and rebellion.

A surprise hit for me (forgive me seasonal thread; I doubted you!), this is a high energy rebellion against proper etiquette and an embrace of raw passion; just the thing to cure a stuffy school life. Also a surprising amount of trash talk. Recommended.

    episode 3

    a toned down episode.

why is there a center shot of a clock if Im not supposed to read the time? how can they practice at 12? it's too early for them to be out of school in noon and too late at night for it to be midnight.
I don't buy this. the entire school. some of the girls were said to be daughters of fashion designers. and that's not old money. that should mean they are the forefront of pop culture and stuff. there's no way for them to be so sheltared. there's no way to mistake that image for impressionism. and I can say that with 0.1/10 of artistic knowledge.

still fun, I hope the next episode has more drama.

sig made by Itachi-y2k5, thanks, dude!
Currently Watching: probably a show directed at 9 years old girls, lets be honest.

You know the important distinction between Batman and me? Batman is fictional. In real life, there isn't always an alternative.

I didn't notice the clock stuff.

As for the other 'rock slipping out' gags, I'm taken to believe they are just interpreting everything about her as generously as possible because they already admire her... lady-ness.

Neat that Lilisa is sold on doing everything she touches to perfection. Her solution to injecting guitar back into her life is to simply have infinite capacity for all her pursuits. No compromises.
