I don't know who the girl and the fatty are that are with Jiraiya and Yondaime. Yondaime was Jiraiya's apprentice, he wasn't part of a gennin team.

The two with Sarutobi and the 2nd Hokage are probably just sarutobi's gennin team mates. (Doesn't the young Sarutobi look an awefull lot like Naruto )
