    I don't really know how..

    I found a step by step guide on how to port forward you router (Netgear MR814, you didn't specify what version so I'm going with version 1). You can find it here. Just follow the instructions and you should be fine. Also, you don't have to make a Static Ip address, just make sure that your router is configured to use your dynamic ip address. Hope I could help.
