It's only faked in so far as it is staged, but it's staged as a realistic enactment of a child's reaction to such a scene. The advertisers made an image that resonates (or upsets) with the majority of potential buyers, not one that would perplex or confuse them. Imagine if the little girl had a sly look on her face, like she's thinking, "yeah, fuck her daddy, fuck her good!" That would be fake because in most real world situations that would not happen.

The only reason sex is hidden behind closed doors is because most cultures treat it as something shameful for anything but private eyes. And that's because it was a method to ensure greater fidelity since ancient times. If it scars any kid, it would be only scarring their cultural adherence. Honestly, like Shinta said, very young kids these days are already encountering even HC porn due to our almighty friend, the internets. You're not giving enough credence to "cultural adherence." Girls get stoned to death by their own brothers in the Muslim world because of mere cultural adherence. It is a powerful deterrent to all sorts of bad behavior that we follow the norms and mores of the society we live in.
