The whole thing about a man being able to become pregnant has more to do with situations very very early in the development within the uterus. Like a messed up Y chromosome can cause a default situation where even if the person has the Y chromosome... they actually are female. Also there are hormonal pills that can be taken early in development that can change a person to a different sex (which happened in one situation when doctors messed up and cut off a little childs penis and decided to raise the child as a girl) but this whole thing turned out to be a failure and later on that kid wanted to turn back to a guy so he went through surgery... and yes he couldn't reproduce either way, so no he wasn't able to be pregnant later. THe only situation i can see this happening is very very early within the uterus. And at that stage i dont think you can simply say a person is one sex or not simply cuz they have a Y chromosome. This is bunch of stuff from both psychology and life science that i have taken... maybe i forgot a few things or messed up, but generally i dont think a person after birth born as a man can ever be pregnant, even with hormone pills or surgery just too many little things involved like being able to have the right uterine cycle and hormonal glands to go along with it. Too much is involved... you can look like you have the stuff to do it through some kinda surgery, but to actually succeed is a different story.
