Uhh Cuz Fansubs arent legal. ( Both unlicensed and licensed in North America)

They are licensed in Japan, so the chances of getting sued is far lower if you live outside of Japan. Japanese Companies OWN the anime, thus doing anything with them is illegal, but most ppl dont care. When a series is licensed by a North American company the risk becomes greater.
